Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Used pet feeding products
• Opened consumable items
